Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What is Restorative Dialogue Therapy (RDT)?
RDT is a groundbreaking therapeutic method designed by psychologists to heal unfinished stories — the silent source of so much trauma. Many clients say it is the first time they have truly been able to close a painful chapter in their lives. By combining psychology with advanced AI, we make possible what once seemed impossible: one more real, healing conversation.

2. How does the recreated voice work?
The recreated voice is built from the memories, words, and information you provide — such as recordings, written messages, or even social media traces. This allows us to generate a voice that feels authentic and familiar, while always keeping it safe, therapeutic, and never identical. What matters most is not the technology itself, but the healing effect of hearing the voice of your loved one once again.

3. Why is the voice so important?
The voice of someone we loved has direct access to our subconscious. It can open doors that ordinary therapy cannot. Clients often describe this as the key that finally lets them release the grief, anger, or longing that held them back for years.

4. Who is this for?
RDT can help in many situations:

  • When a parent, partner, or friend has passed away and you long for one last goodbye.

  • When an ex-partner ghosted you, leaving you stuck in pain and unable to move forward.

  • When a breakup left you with questions that still haunt you.

  • When family secrets or unfinished conversations prevent you from finding peace.

5. Is it safe?
Yes. Every step of the process is guided by licensed psychologists with experience in grief, trauma, and closure. The recreated voice is used only for your session, never for any other purpose, and the dialogue is structured to be healing, never harmful.

6. How long does a process last?
Each process includes up to 75 minutes of dialogue, adapted to your emotional rhythm. This includes 30 minutes of authentic responses in the recreated voice of your loved one, and 45 minutes for your own words. The sessions can be spread over several days to ensure integration and balance.

7. How does this compare to traditional therapy?
RDT does not replace other therapies — it complements them. Many clients find that one process of RDT achieves breakthroughs that might otherwise take years, because it goes straight to the heart of the wound: the unfinished story.

8. Will I really feel like I am talking to them?
Clients often describe the experience as deeply moving and unexpectedly real. While you know it is a therapeutic recreation, the combination of voice, memory, and guided responses allows you to say what was left unsaid — and to hear the words you most needed.

9. Is this confidential?
Completely. All information you provide, and all dialogues you experience, are handled with the highest level of security and privacy.
